What Qualia Is, and Why It Matters for Signings

Qualia is a digital closing platform built for the settlement industry. Alongside its core file management tools, it operates a vendor marketplace where closing teams can search for and order notary services and other closing services from providers nationwide, without leaving their software.

The practical benefit is workflow, not novelty. When a vendor is available inside the platform, messages and documents move securely through the file itself, order status is visible in real time, and information doesn't have to be entered twice.

For a closing coordinator juggling a dozen files, that's the difference between hunting for a signing confirmation and knowing exactly where every order stands.

A Note on Pricing

Transparency matters more to us than a clean announcement, so here it is plainly: orders placed through Qualia assignment incur an additional $15 fee.

That fee reflects the platform costs associated with assignment through Qualia. If you'd prefer to avoid it, ordering directly through our portal, our website, or by phone remains available at our standard rates. We'd rather you know the number up front than find it on an invoice.
