Mrs. Williamson, a North Carolina native, is a 22-year veteran of the Armed Forces, serving as a Warrant Officer Helicopter Pilot. Her military training in operations, planning, and management uniquely qualify her for any position of leadership. She holds a Master degree from Liberty University.

Dr. Williamson, a Virginia native, is a veteran of over 32 years of service as a Logistics/Force Sustainment Warrant Officer. His military training and expertise in logistical planning, human resources and operations uniquely qualify him for any position of leadership. Dr. Williamson holds a Doctorate from Liberty University along with several business certifications. Dr. Williamson plays an important role in supporting day-to-day operations and assisting clients throughout the notary signing services process and title escrow officers, contributing to high-quality experiences for individuals, businesses, and real estate clients.

An Escrow Branch Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an escrow office or branch within a title or escrow company. Their primary role is to ensure that real estate transactions are processed smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with legal and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing escrow officers, assistants, and support staff.

Reviewing and approving escrow files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Overseeing the disbursement of funds and recording of documents.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients such as real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys.

Ensuring the branch meets performance goals and maintains profitability.
