Williamson & Williamson is expanding our team remote online notaries.
What we're looking for
Active Virginia notary commission with electronic notary authority. You've completed the Secretary of the Commonwealth's process to perform remote notarizations, not just traditional ones.
At least two years of experience. We're looking for notaries who have run enough sessions to handle the unusual ones with confidence.
Fluent Spanish and English. Conversational fluency in both, comfortable conducting a full session in either.
Weekday availability, 9 AM to 5 PM. Consistent availability during business hours matters for scheduling.
A working remote setup. Reliable connection, quiet space, current credentials in good standing.
